We conduct an environmental scan to ensure the solution is rooted in a nuanced understanding of both the competitive landscape and pertinent labor market trends.
We distill this information to create a competency framework that answers key questions: What do people need to know and be able to do to accomplish organizational goals?
The end product is a learning strategy that serves both learners and employers and that furthers strategic goals.
