And while formal degrees and credentials will continue to be important, we believe that hiring decisions will increasingly focus on the demonstration of skills and competencies, regardless of how and where they were developed. This means that assessment will need to move beyond testing and become as robust, engaging, and authentic as the best learning experiences.
